Public Policies
Website and transaction policies.
Last updated July 10, 2026. These policies explain how website requests are handled and summarize terms that may apply before an appointment, shipment, consignment, or other transaction moves forward.
This website does not accept payment and does not complete a firearm sale, transfer, release, shipment, or disposal online. A submitted form is an intake request only and does not reserve an item or authorize any next step.
Website requests and appointments
Services are by appointment. Do not ship, bring, transfer, or drop off any firearm until A&D Arms LLC has reviewed the request and confirmed the next step. Availability, eligibility, pricing, acceptance, and scheduling remain subject to review.
Privacy and information handling
A&D Arms LLC may collect the contact details, service information, messages, and item photos that a visitor chooses to submit. This information is used to respond to requests, review proposed services, schedule appointments, protect the website, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with applicable obligations.
The public request form does not ask for payment-card information, a Social Security number, a driver's license number, a date of birth, or a full firearm serial number. Do not upload identification or other personal documents through the photo field.
Website-submitted information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, security, communications, and form delivery; shared with a receiving FFL or other party when necessary for a requested service; or disclosed when required by law. A&D Arms LLC does not sell website-submitted personal information for advertising. Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for the request, business operations, security, or applicable recordkeeping duties.
Shipping and FFL requirements
Outbound firearm shipping support is limited to a manufacturer or verified Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Firearms are not shipped directly to private individuals, and international firearm shipments are not accepted. The receiving FFL must agree to accept the shipment and complete the transfer process.
Final transfer depends on all required identification, paperwork, background checks, and federal, state, and local requirements. Submitting an order request does not authorize possession, transfer, release, or shipment.
Cancellations, returns, refunds, and transaction costs
No payment is collected through this website. Any cancellation eligibility, deposit, refund, return, restocking, shipping, insurance, receiving-FFL fee, or transfer-fee term will be disclosed for the specific transaction before payment or other commitment.
If an order, shipment, delivery, receiving-FFL acceptance, transfer, or background check is rejected, denied, refused, abandoned, or cannot be completed, the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping, shipping insurance, receiving-FFL fees, transfer fees, and disclosed restocking fees. A firearm-related refund cannot be evaluated until the item is lawfully returned to A&D Arms LLC and inspected. No refund is issued for an item that is not returned.
Deposits and item availability
A website request does not place a hold or create a deposit. If a deposit or reservation is offered, its amount, duration, cancellation treatment, and refundability will be provided in writing before the customer pays or agrees.
Consignment
Consignment is reviewed case by case. Items must be legal to sell, in acceptable condition, and suitable for current inventory needs. The published consignment fee is 20% of the final sale price; acceptance and the complete transaction-specific terms are confirmed in writing before consignment begins.
