Contact A&D Arms LLC before anything is shipped. We will confirm receiving details, sender information, and appointment availability.
How transfers work.
Once the firearm arrives and is processed, we will contact you to schedule the required in-person pickup process. Bring a valid Pennsylvania state ID with your correct current mailing address and any other documentation required by law.
Required checks and paperwork must be completed in person before any firearm can be released.

Shipping / Receiving Requirements
- Contact A&D Arms LLC before any firearm is shipped.
- A&D Arms LLC's FFL will only be sent to another FFL or manufacturer.
- If a firearm is shipped to us, the shipment must include a copy of the sender's valid FFL or a copy of the sender's valid state-issued ID.
- A copy of the receipt, invoice, or bill of sale must be included with the shipment.
- Provide the carrier, tracking number, shipper/seller name, and expected delivery date if available.
- If a firearm requires shipping, the sender is responsible for paying shipping costs.
- The shipper/sender is responsible for ensuring the shipment meets all laws and requirements of the receiving area before the firearm is shipped.
- No international shipments.
- Transfers may be subject to Pennsylvania sales tax.
- No firearm is sold, transferred, or released online.
